While there are a few options out there that do offer realistic penis enlargement, I am going to give you a tried and true plan that really works using a few well known products.
If you want to experience good gains in penis size then you have to be prepared to spend a little money. You have to ask yourself how important enlargement is to you. Just to put things into perspective, I’ve taken a single class at Junior College that costs more than the plan that I’m about to describe below!
I have personally used the penis enlargement plan that I am about to tell you here so I know it works. I also know a few guys that have tried this plan and all accept one said that they saw great improvements in length, girth, and sexual stamina after using it for a short time. The one guy who did not see and improvement failed because he did not really follow through. He did a couple exercises and took some supplements and expected miracles over night. Unfortunately things do not work that way.
My plan to make your penis bigger consists of 3 parts. Each part will compliment the other and help to develop your manhood in the fastest, most efficient way possible!
The 3 Parts
- Supplements by MaleExtra (more info here)
- Exercises – basic stretching and special massage (aka jelqing)
- A hydro penis pump by Penomet or Bathmate (more info here)
With these 3 things you can make serious gains a few short weeks! I used to have a few different choices listed for each of the 3 parts but that made it a pain to decide which one to go with. So, on Jan. 8, 2015 I reduced the choices of the needed items in each part to just those products that work the best. STEP 1: SUPPLEMENTS
There are really only a couple male enhancement supplements that I use and recommend but for the sake of simplicity let’s just say that MaleExtra is the one to go with. I have tried others but found that MaleExtra seems to provide a bigger boost in sexual energy and I get my best erections when using it. This could be due to fact that these supplements have a better combination of high-quality ingredients or they just work with my body really well – I’m not sure. Either way, I feel that this is a good choice for this 3-step program!
Why do I recommend this product? It’s quite simple – you could easily spend way more per month buying all kinds of supplements separately such as L-arginine and ginseng or you can buy just one.
What I recommend is to start with a 1 month supply. The reason is that we want to be sure that the supplements are going to work for you. If after taking them for a couple weeks and you don’t notice any difference in sex-drive or erection quality, I would suggest that you go with another supplement. I don’t want you to buy a 6 months supply of something that may not work as well for you as it has for other guys. Go with a small order first and see how that goes!
This step is easy: You just take the pills per the manufacturer’s recommendations. MaleExtra will help get good blood flow to your penis and will definitely help the enlargement process. You should notice an increase in sexual performance and very firm erections.
STEP 2: EXERCISES
The penis exercises that I recommend doing are all pretty basic yet effective.
What we aim to do is add real size by stretching and working your penis in ways that it has never been worked before. The routines listed below are all you really need to get started but if you feel the need to augment these with others, then by all means do so.
You will notice that each routine is found on a different page on this website. We have done this because it is just too much information to place in this single post. We recommend that you go to each page listed below and bookmark it. That way you can easily access it for future reference.
WEEKLY EXERCISE ROUTINES:
- Stretching Exercise – helps add length by working certain ligaments.
- Jelqing Exercise for Girth – helps add thickness to the penis.
- The Slap-and-Squeeze Technique – helps promote length and girth.
- Advanced Penis Stretching for Length.
Each page of exercises describes how and when to do them. I believe in working the penis in as many different ways as possible to get results.
STEP 3: PUMPING
For this step you will need either a Bathmate or a Penomet penis pump (see above for more info about each one). An old style vacuum pump from a sex shop should work, but I prefer the safety, simplicity and efficiency offered by Bathmate and Penomet. Personally, I use the Penomet and I find that it gives me a better all-round pump on my penis. My erections are very firm and full after using this pump!
I always pump after I do the exercises but not until my penis has had some time to rest and definitely not sore. You just have to pay attention to how things feel down there after doing the exercises. If you don’t feel comfortable pumping after your exercise routine then wait until you feel right.
- 1st week: 4 days per week; 8 minutes
- 2nd week: 4 days per week; 10 minutes
- 3rd week: 4 days per week; 12 minutes
- 4th week: 4 days per week; 12 minutes
- Beyond the first month: 3-4 days per week; 12+ minutes
I found that by starting with less than a 100% erection, that I can sometimes get my penis to expand more in the pump. If you have to, you can do this by releasing the vacuum in the pump, take 2 deep breaths and exhale slowly, let your penis relax to a partial erection and then continue.
If you follow this plan I’m confident that you will start to see some awesome gains! Feel free to modify my plan; just because it works for me does not mean that it will be ideal for everyone. You might need to add more time or reduce it. Just do what you are comfortable with and keep at it!
STEP 4: OPTIONAL
