Scallops and Oysters

Scallops are one popular shell-fish that are full of zinc. As you may or may not know, zinc is crucial for the body to maintain proper sexual health. This mineral is very important to sperm production and fertility. So if you are experiencing potency problems or low semen volume then your zinc level may be a bit low. Working scallops into your diet could help and your testosterone level may increase also!

As we are all aware, oysters are the classic aphrodisiac. Just within the last few years there has been some research done that has some compelling evidence that shows that consuming this shell-fish could lead to an increase in sexual hormones. Again, this is yet another food that is high in zinc which explains why it is so sexually potent! Oysters may help increase semen production and fertility.

Ah Nuts
