Most of us know that a cock-ring is good for maintaining an erection especially when having problems keeping it up. But, you can also use a cock-ring for long lasting enhancement. The trick is getting the correct ring and applying a technique called “edging”.
Edging refers to the act of masturbating to a point just before ejaculating and then stopping; basically going to the “edge” without ever going over. Doing this type of exercise daily can really help sustain healthy erections and also give you a lot more sexual staying power. Edging can also be used with a cock-ring to push your penis size to its limits.
While wearing a cock-ring I recommend edging as well as some PC muscle or Kegel exercises (read the steps below). The result should be the biggest hard-ons you’ve ever had!
This method is different than wearing a ring for erectile dysfunction. Usually, a tight fitting ring is worn around the base of your shaft or around your package once you have a nice erection to keep it hard. However, for building size we’ll need a cock-ring that only goes around the whole package – penis and balls.
Do not use a soft stretchy ring with a diameter smaller than your package if you want this to work. For penis growth purposes, choose a larger and properly fitting cock-ring (see how below). It’s then placed around the penis and testicles prior to an erection and should be loose enough to still allow an erection to occur. This kind of ring can be made of a flexible or non-flexible material which will help keep blood in the penis while still allowing acceptable circulation. Again, it must be a ring that can be worn much longer than normal without being too constrictive.
When done properly, the ring allows extreme pressures to build-up in your penis which will expand the corpora cavernosa, tunica, etc. Over time you can make positive changes in girth especially when combined with other enlargement techniques like pumping and extending.
Cock-ring and Edging Step-by-Step Instructions
This is an advanced exercise and should be done with caution. It’s best if you have experience and have conditioned yourself to using cock-rings prior to attempting the following steps.
TO MEASURE for a cock-ring, simply take a length of string and wrap it around your penis and balls while flaccid. Take up the slack in the string but DO NOT pull it tight! Now note where one end of the string overlaps the other (use a marker if necessary). Place the string next to a ruler to get the length then divide it by 3.14. The result will be the diameter (d = C/3.14). Now you can buy a cock-ring with a diameter not less than your calculated diameter. The ring should go on without struggling and without lube. If you have to lube it up then it’s probably too tight.
1. Choose a thick synthetic rubber ring or one made from metal. Leather cock-rings with snaps work well too and can be removed very quickly if needed. While flaccid, the ring should fit around your whole package (penis and balls) comfortably – not too tight and not too loose. You should not see any discoloration in your genitals at this point.
2. Once the ring is in place, do whatever works to get your penis erect. This is where “edging” comes into play. Keep edging (masturbating) until you feel an orgasm coming on and then stop. As soon as you can continue without having an orgasm, start again. The theory is to keep your penis very, very hard for a longer period than normal. The ring will help keep you good and hard.
3. To really increase the internal pressure within your penis, practice PC muscle or Kegel exercises. This is simple to do: tighten the same muscle area just as you would after urinating when squeezing the last bit out. Keep squeezing or flexing this area between your testicles and anus while concentrating on pushing more blood into your penis; do this exercise while “edging” for maximum benefit.
4. You should be able to do this whole routine for 20 to 30 minutes without a problem. If you sense that at any time the circulation to your penis is being cut-off, then stop immediately and return to a flaccid state to remove the ring. Do NOT continue to the point of a cold or numb penis.
There’s no guarantee that a cock-ring and edging will bring about big changes to your penis, but it can’t hurt if done correctly. Never-the-less, this happens to be a great exercise for maintaining good blood flow for optimal erection quality. Using the techniques mentioned here can force your penis to expand to its fullest which can help add size or cement gains achieved by other means. Additionally, for those interested in ejaculation control, edging is one of the best techniques to practice.
It’s not recommended, but I have heard about guys wearing a cock-ring day and night. They believe that by keeping abnormal amounts of blood in the genitals for long periods of time will bring about or cement size increases. This usually results in fluid retention which is basically a swollen penis. Once the ring is removed and the swelling goes down, the penis will most likely have gained nothing. Don’t do this as I see no benefit from it only increased risk. Also, you should never try to maintain an erection for longer than a few hours. Doing so may result in irreversible damage to the penis.
