Here’s a different way to add some length to your penis while also helping to increase its girth – it’s called the Slap-N-Squeeze technique.
This is not a new exercise and has been in use for quite a long time. They say that by doing this exercise that you should see more overall length, enhanced erections and improved sexual performance.
So let’s get to it and give this a try!
The first thing that you need to do is get yourself to a partial erection. Do not try this with a full erection as your penis must be flexible for this to work!
Step 1: Start with 50% erection
Use gentle massage and a stroking motion to get blood flowing to your penis. Once you have a partial erection you are ready for the next step.
Step 2: Slapping and PC flex
In this step we are going to slap the penis on the right leg twice and then slap it on the left leg twice. While slapping, we are also going to flex the PC muscle.
START. Using an open hand, push your penis against each leg with enough force to make it slap against your thigh.
For best results slap just hard enough to provide a good amount of stimulation – going too lightly will not do the job.
While slapping, flex and squeeze your PC muscle at the same time (the pc muscle is the muscle that you squeeze to stop urinating). Try to hold each PC muscle flex throughout the slapping routine for a total of 4 seconds. This will help increase blood flow to your penis and improve your results.
Each slapping motion should take 1 second.
Example: left leg – 1, 2; right leg – 3, 4.
Do this entire step 5 times.
Step 3: Jelqing
What we need to do in this exercise is push blood through all of the tissues within the penis.
START. While holding your penis at its base with one hand using an okay type grip, slowly slide your hand towards your glans (penis head). Stop when your fingers reach the base of your glans.
If done correctly, your penis will be outstretched with a slight bulge ahead of your grip.
You should do this exercise once, very slowly taking a total of 5 seconds.
Step 4: Slapping and PC flex
In this step we are going to return to step 2 and repeat it.
Do 5 reps of slap n’ squeezes just as before.
Step 5: Jelqing
Again, this step is done by repeating step 3.
Jelq slowly for 5 seconds as before.
You can go through steps 1-5 again if you like or do whatever you are comfortable with.
There you have it. This is a pretty simple exercise yet it can yield nice results. Many claim that in time they do experience a difference in penis size merely by doing this routine several times per week.
One added advantage is that by doing the PC flexes, you are also helping your ability to control ejaculations.
