First of all, this little setup goes on really easy. You just slide the collar downward to open up the loop, place it behind your penis head and then slide the collar back up just enough so that the loop won’t slip off. Next, you simply attach the ball weight to the magnetic ends of the loop. Done.
Oddly enough the half pound of weight hanging off of my penis was not uncomfortable at all. In fact, the force of the weight pulling my penis downward provided a good sensation.
Starting out, my flaccid length was 5” (bone pressed) and my resultant stretched length was 5.75”. The amount that the weight stretched my penis was not super great but it is enough to provide an increase of my flaccid penis length to 0.75” while remaining safe and comfortable.
The comfort aspect might be something beginners to penis stretching might be interested in. This is because this particular system won’t alarm or overwhelm you with large amounts of stretch.
For the Testicles
Another way to use this item is for ball stretching or lengthening the hang of your testicles.
Unlike similar gadgets, the loop on this one opens wide enough to allow it to be attached to your testicles. I didn’t see any benefit to this, but others might find it stimulating in some way.
You might be wondering about the strength of the magnets as I was. These magnets are very strong and I didn’t have any problems with the ball coming off.
One thing about weight hanging is that you have to stay stationary while doing it. Another thing is that you will need quite a bit of private time while letting the weight work its magic. Also, I found that wrapping a towel around my waist was a good way to cover up while doing my penis stretching.
Exercises with Weight Hanging
While using this type of penis weight I discovered that there are a few good exercises that you can do.
PC Muscle or Kegel Exercises
A great exercise to start with is a pubococcygeus (PC) muscle or Kegel exercise. To do this just focus on tightening the muscles in the area that is between your scrotum and your anus. When tightening, hold the contraction as long as you can and then release. Continue with as many reps as you can.
Another exercise that I found that worked well with this type of penis weight is one that strengthens your erections. With the weight attached, focus on your penis and try to obtain a partial erection. Make sure that the loop is not too tight so as to cut off your circulation. Now, with a 50% to 75% erection, try to lift the weight upwards with only our penis. As you lift the weight, try to hold the upright position as long as you can and then release. Continue with as many reps as you can. In the beginning you will not be able to move the weight very much but in time you will see an improvement.
Lastly, you can do slow squats while stretching your penis. This is just a good exercise that will benefit your whole lower body. While standing with your feet apart at shoulder width and your hands placed behind your head, slowly squat down as far as you can comfortably. Continue with as many reps as you can do safely. With the weight attached to your penis you will learn to have slow and controlled movements with very good form.
I liked using this simple penis weight hanging device and I can see how it might help increase blood flow and stimulate your penis in different ways. The most important aspect to me is that it won’t alarm or overwhelm you with large amounts of stretch like other systems.
Does it do all they say it can do? Mostly yes. While I was not able to verify the claims of improved stamina and reduced premature ejaculation, I do feel that the other claims are mostly valid especially when you do the exercises that I’ve mentioned previously.
Even though using this penis weight might not add inches to your penis, in time it could help improve your size.
