A Little about the Routines
If you know anything about penis enlargement exercises and jelqing then you will notice that most of the names of the exercises in this system are made up. While there is a jelqing move or two named Vulcan something or other, there are no exercises that I am aware of called the Double Rabbit Stroom, the L-Extension, or the Vulcan Stroom.
Regardless of the weird names, the exercises do seem to have legitimate functions. The benefits of these moves are the usual things such as: more size overall, stronger erections, and more staying power.
Using the Lessons
The nice thing about Phalogenics is that it is a simple program with no complicated or drawn-out manuals – just short videos and some easy instructions.
The quick-start guide is concise and gets you up and going with the program well enough. The videos then show you how to do each exercise. Then there is an advanced guide that describes things in detail so that you know proper form and what to expect from doing the exercises.
One thing that he emphasizes is that you have to stick to the routine to get results. If you slack off or stop for too many days you will not get the results that you are after.
The following is what I expected to see after using the system for a couple of weeks. While I wouldn’t expect huge changes in that amount of time, I would expect something however small. I have based this on the claims made by the developer of the system so this is not something that I pulled out of thin air.
